How does it work?

We offer on-site support throughout Melbourne although most support queries can be dealt with remotely. This is conducted either via our live chat functionality, over the phone or by email. Once you get in touch, we’ll first ask you to sign our quick and easy digital Service Agreement which can be done through your phone, tablet, laptop or PC.

The Service Agreement helps cover both yourself and our technicians during all support services. Once you have agreed to the terms and provided sufficient contact information, we discuss your support request with you and help resolve your problem as quickly as possible.

In some cases we may need to remotely connect to your Windows PC or laptop to view and control your screen, with your permission. This helps us diagnose and solve problems much faster.

Once you are satisfied that the problem has been remedied, you will be required to sign the technicians job sheet showing that the work was completed and you will receive an invoice via email which is due to be paid within 7 days.

If we need to visit your home or business to conduct our services, we will book in a date and time that suits you. We can arrive at most regional Melbourne premises within 2 hours, providing a support slot is available.

What does it cost?

All remote support including phone, live chat, email and remote desktop is charged at $20 per 15 minute block.

For all on-site bookings, a call-out fee of $50 applies. On-site time is charged at $80 for the first hour, with additional time charged in 15 minute blocks.

Should travel time to your premises exceed 45 minutes, the call-out fee is instead charged at $20 per 15 minutes of travel time.

The minimum on-site fee is $130 (the call-out fee + the first hour).

Should you need to cancel a booking, you must do so at least 2 hours prior to the allotted time slot or the call-out fee will still be charged.

Urgent support

Our services are available Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Any urgent time-sensitive support, out of hours bookings or weekend services are billed at our emergency rates and subject to availability.
